This is a picture of my fiance and I last year at Christmas. We’d only been together a few months at this point, but we already knew it was forever. Seeing this picture still gives me butterflies. I’m the luckiest girl in the world!

LOVE this dress they currenty have at Nordstrom in the JUNIORS department! Hah! Sometimes you can find such good deals there. Think this is work appropriate? Maybe Friday Night Date appropriate….I feel like so many of my good clothes are wasted by the limitations of office attire.

This past weekend I saw the movie Burlesque. It made me remember how much fun it is to channel your inner glamour girl. So this week I’ve been wearing a sparkling raspberry nail polish and liquid eyeliner. Its the little things :)

I love the cozy and casual look of this JCrew outfit. Next up on the shopping list? Cute sweater and some fierce red lipstick. I feel a shopping trip in the making…

Magical…….

I’ve been in the market for a pair of boots. You’d think this would be easy to find, but I’ve been having some problems. I guess I want the impossible: comfort, style, and utility. I want something I can rock with a cute skirt and leggings in the fall, something I can stomp around the ranch in (no, I don’t own one, but I seem to making my way out to them with increasing regularity), and something I can line dance in (a recently discovered good time!). Something like THIS!

Now, here is my problem. 1) I can’t seem to find anywhere to try them on (and I won’t order shoes I can’t try on first…returns can be such a hassle), and 2) they are a little on the expensive side for my thrifty self. So the search continues…as well as the sale watch….
